We are continuing to see a greater activity level this year as compared to last year. We are currently working with multiple Buyers in many different price ranges. The Listing side is seeing good activity levels as well. There could be many reasons for this. First rates continue to be very reasonable. Also there is a feeling that Buyers want to take advantage of the Buyers Tax Credit that expires in a couple of months. See current rates below:
