Katie Chesley Bio, Prior to becoming a Bean Group agent I worked in the restaurant industry. My love of working with people and my desire to drive sales have helped me excel in the workplace. The real estate industry will be a great place to further exercise my capabilities. Currently I am working under the advisement of top producing agents Pete and Cathy Lambie. By working with such successful agents I hope to quickly learn the tricks of the trade and establish myself as a stand out Realtor. While working with The Bean Group I am also attending The University of South Carolina. I am majoring in public relations with a minor in political science. I have maintained a solid 3.8 GPA average and have fought my way to be one of the top students academically in my class. My experience in public relations in addition to my strong work ethic will help me further develop in the real estate industry.

Pete has an extensive background in Commercial Aviation and a B.S. in Aviation Management. He holds a current FAA Airline Transport pilot license with 3 Multi Engine Jet type ratings and has been an active pilot for the last 20+ years having logged over 12,000 flight hours. One of the primary traits in any pilot is a fanatical attention to detail. Pete has found that trait to be invaluable in the successful closing of real estate transactions. He currently flies for NetJets as a Citation XLS Captain. NetJets has a fleet of 600+ jet aircraft and 3000 pilots and is owned by Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway Corporation. See www.netjets.com

ECO BROKER

Pete Lambie is an example of the quality real estate professional the EcoBroker designation continues to attract

Pete's Eco Broker training focuses on the sale and marketing of "green", energy efficient homes and businesses. It also gave Pete a working knowledge of solar design theories, both passive (no working solar panels) and active (with active panels).

The drive of the Eco Broker curriculum is to empower the Realtor with tools to use to work through various environmental issues that may arise, with the goal being satisfied clients on both sides of the transaction.

EcoBroker International's education and designation program is designed exclusively for real estate professionals who care about the environment and want to help their clients benefit from marketing boost that can result from the energy-efficiency, "green," and healthier features of homes and buildings. EcoBroker provides a complete curriculum of energy and environmental training to licensed real estate agents. Real estate professionals must complete the extensive EcoBroker curriculum and training and fulfill additional program requirements to become Certified EcoBrokers.

EcoBroker International's CEO, Dr. John Beldock: "Pete Lambie is an example of the quality real estate professional the EcoBroker designation continues to attract." He continues: "These real estate professionals are not only distinguishing themselves in a competitive market place, but they are really giving back to the community in very constructive and meaningful ways. New Hampshire needs more contributors like Pete. The planet and our grandchildren need them too."

Pete recently noted: "With EcoBroker training, I have broadened the range of real estate opportunities I offer my clients. Whether the transaction involves environmental assessment and mitigation (mold, radon, etc.) or the opportunity to reduce utility bills, I'm in a position to help. The real estate industry is changing, and to best serve my clients I need to understand the newest designs, technologies, and environmental issues. My EcoBroker designation helps me stay ahead of the game."
